The new CBeebies series ROOTS AND FRUITS, starring fruit and veg performing and revealing fascinating facts about themselves in the most nutritious variety show around, begins its run on 24th October. Paul Gerstenberger wrote two episode of the show.

The latest entry into the ever-popular EVIL DEAD franchise, written and directed by Lee Cronin, will be released theatrical in the UK on 21st April 2023 by StudioCanal.


Celluloid Screams and immersive cinema pioneers Live Cinema UK present a one night only 30th anniversary live cinema experience screening of GHOSTWATCH written by Stephen Volk. The screening will be on Friday October 28th at the BFI at 8:20 pm and will be followed by a Q&A session with Stephen Volk and director Lesley Manning.  Tickets goes on sale to the general public on 20th September.

The new supernatural short film STOP DEAD, written by David Scullion and directed by Emily Greenwood, will have its UK first screening on Friday 16th September. The short, designed to act as a teaser for a feature film, was supported by DirectorsUK’s “Challenge Alexa” scheme and was produced by Lunar Lander Films, Shadowhouse Films and Linda Seifert Management. The short will soon begin its festivals run.
