Creator and writer Nick Fisher’s career has successfully spanned film, drama, comedy, children’s and light entertainment television formats.

He was awarded a BAFTA for Best Children’s Drama for his comedy-drama series The Giblet Boys which ran for two series. He also wrote and created the hit comedy drama series Manchild for the BBC. Since then, Nick has acted as consultant on major network TV series and has written episodes for popular shows such as Hustle, New Tricks, Eastenders and Casualty,  the latter of which Nick is now a core writer on.

Nick is also a produced feature film writer and has presented his own TV and radio series for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4. He has worked as on a range of publications as a freelance journalist and has written various factual books.

Nick is currently developing a number of original television projects with various indies and is also part of the core writing team on the BBC’s Holby City,
currently with over 27 individual episodes to his name.
