Newly signed writer/director Lee Cronin‘s short horror film ‘Ghost Train’ picks up its first Best Film Award!
‘Ghost Train’ has been a firm festival prescence across Europe and the US since the summer, screening at FilmFour’s Frightfest Festival, the Clemont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival and Palm Spring International ShortFest to name a few. And now it’s won the Youth Audience Award for Best Film at France’s Court Metrange Fantastic Film Festival 2014.
The brilliantly unnerving short follows a guilt ridden duo as they return to a decrepid ghost train in an abandoned funfair, which claimed the life of their friend when they were kids. It soon becomes apparent that their unfinished business with the cursed ride is about to dredge up the past for them to confront and that they might not like what they find…
