RTS SCOTLAND NOMINATION FOR SIMON HYND

LSM’s Simon Hynd has been nominated in the Best Director: Scripted category in this year’s RTS Scotland Awards in recognition of his work on “Ghosts” Series 5. The awards ceremony take place on 13th June in Glasgow.

The new BBC 2 comedy series “Mammoth” created and starring Mike Bubbins, begins its run on 17th April at 10 pm. The series, directed by LSM’s Simon Hynd, also stars Sian Gibson and Joseph Marcell. The series will be available on iPlayer after its tx on BBC 2.

Thriller series pilot “cold mind”, written by Ross Jameson, enters production

The pilot episode of the new action thriller series “Cold Mind”, written by Ross Jameson, is shooting this April in Portugal for Spy Manor Productions. The show will star Jos Vantyler and Niamh McCormack and follows a young detective from London who is thrown into a Portuguese murder investigation as a spree of killings takes place in the sunbaked Algarve. As the plot unfolds the story spans multiple continents and timelines to explore timely new issues arising from the rising power of AI.

new episodes of “beyond paradise” directed by sandy johnson

Episodes 3 and 4 of the second series of “Beyond Paradise” directed by LSM’s Sandy Johnson will air on BBC 1on 5th and 12th April at 20:00 pm. The episodes will then be available on iPlayer.

CBeebies “twelfth night”, adapted by Nathan Cockerill, to air at Easter

The whole family can sit and enjoy the CBeebies adaptation of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, written by LSM’s Nathan Cockerill, on Friday 29th March at 9am on the CBeebies channel and shortly thereafter on BBC iPlayer.
