Ben Franklin and Anthony Melton‘s horror short The Birch is set to join a host of other boundary pushing films from visionary creatives at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival in New York City. Screening on Tuesday the 25th April at 8pm, tickets and further information can be found here.
The Birch – a haunting tale of an otherwordly protector summoned by a bullied teen – screens alongside My First Day (directed by Jon Kovel), Odd Jobs: Body Modification (Nicholas Mihm), Stereoscope (Alexander Babaev), Sunny Family Cult (Gabriel Younes) and The Thing in the Apartment (John William Ross).
Following the screening, Ben and Anthony will be joined in conversation with horror maestro Eli Roth, Crypt TV’s CCO Kate Krantz and fellow filmmaker Gabriel Younes.
